Value engineering begins at the outset of the project and continues until project completion. We believe in getting everybody involved with the project during the conception phase to provide sound ideas to enhance the project and set realistic budget goals. Individuals involved in our value engineering (VE) sessions include: the owner, the architectural team, consultants (civil engineers, structural engineers, landscape engineers), construction management team, sub-contractors of various trades.
